The Welcome ‘travel’ section.

 

 

From the various census, it can be seen that, although the Welcome's stayed primarily in Sussex, they did move around the area.  At this time, there does not appear to be a ‘family home’ passed down through the generations.

 

George Welcome – born c1801

1861 with John & Sarah Welcome, lodger unm. ag lab at Hunston, Hunston

As John was also born 1795 - query are these two twins???
(John, wife Sarah & children were at Hunston Common in 1851.)

 

Edmund Welcome  - born 1833

It would appear there were no children from this marriage.
