WILLIAM SPILLER

Notes from Jason Dovel:
"I had to change my name to Williams through a mistake in Letter of Credit and I had to use that name Williams in order to get my money.....Sigd 8 October, 1884, Prof. W. S. Williams"

"While in London, Professor Spiller was a very talented Violinist and was most likely also a Professor of Music. He reportedly even performed for Queen Victoria on a number of occasions. Family records show him playing at the Royal Visitor's Palace on a number of occasions. "
