    11 Feb 1871         The Will with a Codicil of William Ewens Late of Lusty in the Parish of Bruton in the County of Somerset Gentleman who died 30 Dec 1870 at Lusty was proved at Wells by George Amor of Bruton Attorney's Clerk the sole executor
